Skills Training

Leadership and management development is such a broad and exciting topic. I will listen carefully and work with you to understand the results you need and agree the best way forward using my experience and knowledge to deliver a bespoke solution for you that enables people to be the best that they can be. Often it will be a highly practical and interactive workshop with skills practice and small group discussions that will achieve these goals and they can be delivered both online and face to face. For some leaders, the opportunity to gather, reflect and discuss their role is hugely beneficial and I can add some structure and facilitation where needed.

Personal Coaching

I love coaching and the results that I see it achieve for people. I use my experience, skills and knowledge to empower people to achieve their full potential. Coaching is available to teams, individuals within organisations and for individuals who are personally looking for a coach. Our conversations can be online or face to face.
There are all sorts of definitions of coaching. Put simply, I will listen in order to understand your goal and use my skills to structure the process and enable you to achieve them over a number of sessions. Your agenda is the absolute focus and I will strike the right balance of support and challenge that works for you.
